RCIA

RCIA stands for Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults.  It is the process through which one joins the Church or completes his/her Christian initiation.  It begins the first week in Sept. and ends at the Easter Vigil.  A sponsor is one who participates in weekly meetings held in the Parish Center and celebration of the rites and is himself/herself a practicing Catholic willing to be supportive.
